Commercial Interior Refurbishment — Royal St George’s Golf Club, Kent
Our work at Royal St George’s Golf Club, one of the most prestigious and historic golf clubs in the United Kingdom, involved a multi-phase programme of commercial interior refurbishment delivered over several years. Located on the South Coast of Kent, this internationally renowned championship golf club required a sensitive and considered approach, balancing tradition, heritage and modern functionality.
Working closely with the club, we undertook the refurbishment of key members’ spaces, including private members’ rooms, the members’ bar and lounge, and the formal dining room. Each area was carefully redesigned to enhance comfort, atmosphere and flow while respecting the club’s rich history and established identity. Our approach combined heritage-led interior design, bespoke joinery, refined material selections and tailored furnishings to create elegant, welcoming environments suited to both everyday use and special occasions.
Given the stature of Royal St George’s, the interiors were designed to feel timeless and understated, with durability and longevity central to every design decision. Throughout the project, we worked closely with specialist craftspeople and suppliers to ensure a consistently high level of craftsmanship across all spaces.
